Buyer Policy

Xandebay is a marketplace venue where you can purchase adult collectibles from a wide variety of sellers. When shopping on Xandebay, you understand that you are buying directly from the seller, not Xandebay and that the order, shipping, and return policies are that of the seller, not Xandebay. Seller store policies need to be reviewed prior to purchase and they will vary from seller to seller. You also agree that you will not try to purchase from Sellers outside of the Xandebay checkout process or solicit contact information outside of the Xandebay platform (email, phone, etc.) to make transactions outside of Xandebay.

1. Understanding Xandebay's Limitations as a Marketplace

You are not buying directly from Xandebay, but from one of the many sellers on Xandebay
b. Xandebay is an open marketplace and does not pre-screen sellers and therefore does not guarantee or endorse any items sold on Xandebay or any content posted by sellers.
c. Each seller on Xandebay has their own processing times, shipping methods, and store policies and they must be reviewed before purchasing.
Items must be legal for you to buy in your location. You are responsible for reviewing, understanding and following the laws in your location that determine if you can legally buy each item. You agree to defend and indemnify us if you violate any laws.

2. Making a Purchase

When purchasing you are buying directly from an independent seller and agreeing to their seller store policies and agree that you have:

a. Read the item description and store policies before making a purchase;
b. Submitted appropriate payment for item(s) purchased; and
c. Provided accurate shipping information to the seller.

3. Leaving Reviews

You agree that you are representing your experience with the purchase and seller accurately and your comments and content may not:

a. Provide any links or advertisements
b. Contain any personal information
c. Be vulgar, obscene, or offensive
d. Be false, deceptive or misleading

4. Returns

Each seller has their own return policy which must be reviewed prior to purchase. You must use the contact button on the seller's shop page to initiate a return. If a seller has not responded within 14 (fourteen) business days, please contact our administrator and we will help you resolve your issues.
