This User Privacy Notice applies to your use of this website and all Xandebay LLC applications, services (including payment services), products and tools (collectively the "Services"), regardless of how you access or use these Services, including access via mobile devices and apps.

Shopify is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data in connection with the provision of our Services.

We collect your personal data when you use our Services, create a new Xandebay account, provide us with information via a web form, add or update information in your account, participate in online community discussions or otherwise interact with us.

Among the functions of this data collection is that we can see what content is most popular on our website. We also collect the geographic locations of our visitors. We track what buttons are clicked on, how many times, and the number of form submissions we receive. When we receive a form submission, we also receive your email address so we can respond to your request. We use this information to maintain and improve the site, as well as to inform how we market our content and to whom.

Shopify powers the Xandebay.com platform and is responsible for collecting and protecting your personal information.

5. With whom will Xandebay share personal information?

Xandebay will not sell your personal information. Nor will we share your personal information for any reason other than those outlined below.

We believe you should be able to access and control your personal information no matter where you live. Depending on how you use Xandebay.com, you may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, port to another service provider, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information (for example, direct marketing). We will not charge you more or provide you with a different level of service if you exercise any of these rights.

7. How do we protect your information?

Your personal information is collected by and protected by Shopify. The Shopify data security teams work tirelessly to protect your information, and to ensure the security and integrity of the Shopify platform. They also have independent auditors assess the security of their data storage and systems that process financial information. However, we all know that no method of transmission over the Internet, and method of electronic storage, can be 100% secure. 8. Opt-out Right for California Consumers

Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) introduced new data privacy rights for Californians, including the right for consumers to opt-out of having their personal information “sold” as defined under the CCPA. The CCPA’s definition of “sale” is broad and includes sharing practices common among online marketplaces.

While, without your consent, Xandebay does not sell personal information for money, we do share information for a variety of other purposes, such as to tailor your online experience.
