Fees and Payment Policy

Types of Fees

Sellers will be required to pay the following fees. These fees may change from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Changes will take effect 14 (fourteen) days after they are posted. You are responsible for checking this page regularly and remaining up to date on Xandebay’s current policies. As a courtesy, we will generally alert you to changes by email.

Listing Fees

Xandebay sellers will pay no listing fees.

Transaction Fees

 When you make a sale through Xandebay, Xandebay sellers will be charged a transaction fee of 10.5% (ten and a half percent) of the price you list for each item you sell. This includes a 10% product sale commission and a 0.5% handling fee for processing and handling of taxes.

Shipping Fees

You will not be charged for shipping fees. All shipping charges will be set at the discretion of the seller. All shipping charges will be remitted to the sellers directly or through the third-party service provider selected by the seller. Xandebay will not be a party and therefore not liable for any shipping arrangements or contracts. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected and remitted by Xandebay and the fees to the seller, 0.5% (half of one percent) are included in the Transaction Fees.
