This autographed memorabilia card of Carmen Electra is from the July Edition release by Sports Time. From this card it is obvious that Sports Time was planning on issuing swatch cards, most likely through their Collectors Club. The card is sealed in a screwdown with an authenticity seal. Beautiful card in mint condition!
